Process content is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your maps and analysis. It is not used to train models. See our DPA and Security page.
Your identified workspace is kept separate from an anonymised, aggregated market-insights pool used only to improve the product. Identifiers (company, people, locations, brands) are stripped before anything enters the pool.
Data is hosted in the EU ([Frankfurt / Zurich]). Any sub-processors and safeguards are listed in the DPA.
We keep account data while your account is active and process content only as long as needed to provide the service. [Specify periods].
